Refund policy

HOLIDAY RETURNS POLICY 2024
Orders placed from November 1st to December 31st, 2024, will have until January 31st, 2025, to be refunded We will happily refund your item provided the item is returned within the return period and the item and its packaging is in original condition with the original tag attached.l tag attached.

Damaged or Faulty Product

In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer free replacement or a return and refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the Contact Form or email rodeyclothing@gmail.com and provide the below details:

  • Your name; and 
  • Order number; and 
  • Images of the fault for review.

Once we have received your return at our warehouse, please allow 3-7 business days for processing.

Note

We do not accept 'Change of mind' returns however, we do offer exchange or store credit for incorrect size.

The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached with proof of purchase provided (proof of purchase can be your order number, or your invoice received with your order). Rodey Clothing has the right to reject a return if they do not meet the above conditions. In this instance, we will contact you and organise to send back the return. to organize an exchange, please get in touch with our team using the Contact Form or email rodeyclothing@gmail.com and provide the below details:

  • Your name; and 
  • Order number; and 
  • Reason for exchange

Important note: Rodey Clothing can only accept returns on items that are in their absolute original condition, items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original swing tags in place.

Returns can and will be rejected if there are any noticeable:

  • Stains
  • Strong fragrances or odours
  • Pet hair
  • Fake tan
  • Makeup
  • Oil stains

If you send back an item and it is not in it's original condition, we will not be able to process your return and you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of $10AUD to have the item sent back to you. 

Please ensure you aren't sending back unsellable items to avoid dealing with the above. We want to process your returns for you :)

 

Our pieces are made from excellent quality fabric. To keep it in it's best condition we always recommend looking after your pieces with the highest level of care.

Either hand wash or put your pieces in a delicates bag into the washing machine on a cold gentle wash cycle with like colours. Hang your pieces in the shade to dry.

Rodey Clothing will not be responsible for any damage caused to items from washing machines or laundry products - this includes items being caught on a washing machine or products causing stains, bleaching or dye leaking.

To avoid any items being damaged, Rodey Clothing advises a cold hand wash always, and following care instructions as per tags inside each piece.
